User Accounts. End User shall ensure that only Authorized Users can access the Services. User accounts may not be shared among individuals or used to provide access to the Services to individuals who are not the individual associated with the corresponding user account.

Such disclosure or access is within the terms of use of the social media profile, and you understand that: We may access, make available, and store (if applicable) any content that you have provided to and stored in your social media profile so that it is available on and through the website via your account, including without limitation any contacts; We may submit and receive data, which may include personal information, to your social media profile upon its connection to the website; That you have the ability, at any time, to disable the connection between the website and the social media profile; and That the relationship between you and your social media profile is governed solely by its terms of use, and in no way does this Agreement amend your rights and responsibilities unless otherwise stated. Due to the policies commonly mentioned in a social media company’s terms of use, we make no effort to review any content produced through the connection of a social media profile unless notified by other users, a 3rd party, or another event that triggers a review of the account.

User Accounts. As applicable upon entering into a Purchase Order Agreement, Client shall provide a list of Client Personnel that are authorized by Client to both (i) access and use Equisolve’s content management system (for the avoidance of doubt, the content management system includes the related data feeds, automation functionality, and the Equisolve-provided Analytics Services) (the “CMS”) and (ii) submit instructions to Equisolve in relation to the Services ((i) and (ii), collectively, an “Authorized User”). Equisolve shall then create an account for each Authorized User for access to, and use of, the CMS. As between the Parties, Client is solely responsible and liable for (a) instructions given to Equisolve by Authorized Users, (b) access to, and use of, Authorized Users’ accounts or email addresses (except to the extent any unauthorized access or unauthorized use of such Authorized Users’ accounts is caused by Equisolve’s violation of Equisolve’s obligations in the Data Protection Addendum), and (c) violations by Client, Authorized Users, or Client Personnel of the use limitations set forth in Article 5 below. Client shall not, and shall not permit Authorized Users to, share or otherwise provide Authorized User account information with or to any third party (including other Authorized Users to whom such account information does not pertain). If Client requires other Client Personnel to access the CMS, Client must request that Equisolve create an account for each such other Client Personnel (and, upon Equisolve creating such accounts, each such other Client Personnel shall also become Authorized Users, respectively). For purposes of this Agreement, “Personnel” means the affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, consultants, vendors, or representatives of a Party or a Party’s affiliates.
User Accounts. 5.1 You may need to register an account with us in order to use or access some of the Services on the Covered Sites and also to generate content on the Covered Sites. 5.2 To be eligible to register an account with us, you must be at least 18 years of age. 5.3 By registering an account with us, or by logging-in using your existing phone number, email id etc (“User Registration”); you represent and warrant that all information you submit is true, accurate and complete and you shall comply with these Terms of Use. You further represent and warrant that: (a) all required registration information you submit is truthful, accurate and complete; and (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information. 5.4 If you are registering on the Covered Sites you have to provide limited information like your name, phone number, email address etc. However, if you are willing to avail any of the services then additional details like name, address, PAN etc will be required. 5.5 You will be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User Registration and log-in details and we will not be responsible for misuse of your User Registration by any third party, whether authorized by you or not. You may never use another user’s account without permission. You are also prohibited from sharing your log-in details and let anyone access your account, or do anything that might put your account at risk. 5.6 You are responsible for any activity on the Covered Sites arising out of any failure to keep your User Registration confidential, and may be held liable for any losses arising out of such a failure. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 5.7 Asva Labs reserves the right to refuse to offer access to or use of the Covered Sites to any person or entity at their sole discretion including by changing its eligibility criteria at anytime. 5.8 Asva Labs may (a) suspend your User Registration; (b) cancel your User Registration, and/or
