User Compliance Sample Clauses
The User Compliance clause establishes the requirement for users to adhere to the rules, policies, and terms set forth by the agreement or service provider. In practice, this means users must follow guidelines regarding acceptable behavior, use of the service, and any applicable laws or regulations. For example, users may be prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities or misusing the platform. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all users act responsibly and lawfully, thereby protecting the integrity of the service and reducing the risk of misuse or legal violations.
User Compliance. Client is responsible for the compliance of those individuals allowed to access the CultureIQ Property or Services under this Agreement or Order. Client shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of CultureIQ Property, and notify CultureIQ promptly of any such unauthorized access to or use of the Services, and comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and foreign laws in using the CultureIQ Property
User Compliance. You are solely responsible for training your Users and Administrators and monitoring their use of Kchecks™. You are solely responsible to ensure that Users and Administrators keep their user names and passwords in a safe and secure place. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may post additional terms of use on the Website from time to time, and any violation by a User or Administrator of this Agreement or any additional terms of use shall be cause for suspension or termination of their access to Kchecks™.

Client shall (i) be solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity and legality of data entered into the Software (“Data”) and of the means by which Data was acquired, (ii) use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Services, and notify Futura promptly of any such unauthorized access or use, (iii) keep its User ID(s) and password(s) confidential, (iv) notify Futura immediately upon learning of any unauthorized use of its User ID(s) or password(s)Client’s employ, (v) maintain commercially reasonable business practices in conjunction with use of the Services, and (vi) use the Services only in accordance with applicable use policies, laws and government regulations. Client shall not (a) make the Services available to anyone other than Client’s employees, (b) sell, resell, rent or lease the Services, (c) use the Services to store or transmit infringing, libelous, or otherwise unlawful or tortious material, or to store or transmit material in violation of third-party privacy rights, (d) use the Services to store or transmit Malicious Code, (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or third-party data contained therein, or (f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or their related systems or networks.
User Compliance. The Practice represents, warrants and covenants that it will cause any and all of its Licensed Users to comply with the terms of this Agreement and shall be primarily responsible for all use of the Services by its Licensed Users and such Licensed Users failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Customer shall take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to the Tray Service, including without limitation by protecting its passwords and other log-in information. Customer shall not provide passwords or other login information to any third party other than Users. Customer shall notify Tray promptly of any known or suspected unauthorised use of the Tray Service.
