Common use of User Documentation Clause in Contracts

User Documentation. (a) The Supplier must, at its sole cost, provide the User Documentation to the Customer's Representative except where otherwise specified in the Order Form. (b) The User Documentation must be supplied in an electronic format and by the time specified in the Order Documents or, where no timeframe is specified, where reasonably required by the Customer. (c) Where it is specified in the Order Form that the Customer also requires any User Documentation in a hard copy format (or where otherwise requested by the Customer), the Supplier must provide the Customer's Representative with at least one copy of the User Documentation at no additional charge to the Customer. (d) The Supplier must ensure that any User Documentation that is supplied to the Customer's Representative: (i) provides adequate instructions on how to enable the Customer and Customer Users to utilise the Services and Deliverables (as applicable) without reference to the Supplier; and
