USER EDUCATION. 4.01 The Licensee shall direct Users to education content developed by the City upon registration and from time to time throughout the Term as requested by the City acting reasonably. 4.02 The Licensee shall, when conducting outreach to its Users, distribute education materials provided by the City from time to time throughout the Term.
USER EDUCATION the canvassing of the communities allows them to interact with the beneficiaries and promote user education sessions at the household level. A recent PCV report from ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ stated, “A number of beneficiaries were not properly maintaining their latrines, by not throwing anal cleansing materials in the pit and allowing the vent pipes to be covered by trees.” As a result, ▇▇▇▇ and his LNGO counterpart were able to meet with the family and encourage a positive change in the behaviors of the beneficiaries.
USER EDUCATION. ▇. ▇▇▇▇ is responsible for all user education regarding their personal mobility Motorized Scooters, including education regarding all relevant statutes, ordinances, and regulations. Bird believes that the most effective, consistent, and efficient method of providing important notices and educating users is through Bird’s app. Any Bird user may utilize the app, helping to ensure important information is seen and acknowledged. Bird shall also place informative stickers regarding customer service and 24/7 contact information. b. New Bird users will receive informational pop-ups when they use Bird’s app to take a ride for the first time. The pop-ups will require the new users to affirmatively dismiss the pop- ups in order to proceed. The informational pop-ups will include: a) reminders about applicable laws; and b) instructions on how to park responsibly. c. The City may request at any time that users be limited to those users who have a valid Driver’s License scanned and verified by Bird within the app. Users should be limited to those sixteen years (16) of age and older. d. Users should be instructed (via Bird’s mobile app, printed instructions, and website) to not obstruct pedestrian paths when parking the scooters. Users should also be instructed to park scooters upright, and be instructed not to park scooters in single family residential areas. Users are required to take a photo whenever they park their scooter at the end of a ride. e. Users should also be instructed to obey all traffic laws when riding in traffic, and obey all other official City-posted signs within the City.

  • Continuing Education The Hospital and the Union recognize that continuing education is important for all employees and that they have shared interests and responsibilities in ensuring equitable access to it.

  • HOME EDUCATION 1. Educational services that may be required for home education students as defined in School Act, Part II, Div. 4, Sec. 12 & 13 and School Act Regulations, Sec. (3), shall be provided by bargaining unit members. 2. Classroom teachers shall not, however, be required to prepare educational resource materials or exams, or to assess or prepare reports on home education students, unless such duties are assigned as part of that teacher's regular assignment.

  • Union Education If the local union indicates to the Hospital that its members have approved a special assessment for union education in accordance with the CUPE constitution and local union by laws, the Hospital agrees to deduct this assessment. Such assessment will be paid on a quarterly basis into a trust fund established and administered by OCHU/CUPE for this purpose.

  • In-Service Education The parties recognize the value of in-service both to the employee and the Employer and shall encourage employees to participate in in-service. All employees scheduled by the Employer to attend in-service seminars shall receive regular wages.

  • MORTGAGE LOAN ORIGINATOR EDUCATION 1. Prior to the submission of a new application for any new mortgage loan originator license or, as applicable, the filing of a petition for the reinstatement of an MLO Activity Endorsement in any Participating State as provided for in Section II, Paragraph 2 of this Order, the Respondent will be required to complete the following mortgage loan originator education requirements: a. Twenty hours of NMLS approved PE, which shall consist of 14 hours of federal law curriculum, three hours of ethics curriculum, and three hours of non-traditional mortgage lending curriculum. None of these 20 hours of PE may be state-specific curriculum; and b. Eight hours of CE, which shall consist of four hours of federal law curriculum, two hours of ethics curriculum, and two hours of non-traditional mortgage lending curriculum. None of these eight hours of CE may be state-specific curriculum. 2. Respondent may not take any of the PE or CE provided for in Paragraph 1 of this Section in an online self-study format (“OSS”). 3. For a period three years from the Effective Date of this Order, Respondent shall be required to complete any additional required PE and/or CE in a format other than OSS.
