User Limit Clause Samples

The User Limit clause sets a maximum number of users who are permitted to access or use a product, service, or software under a particular agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the exact number of authorized users and may require the customer to pay additional fees if they wish to increase this limit. By clearly defining how many individuals can use the service, the clause helps prevent unauthorized access and ensures that the provider is compensated appropriately for higher usage, thereby protecting the provider’s business interests and maintaining fair usage terms.
