The User Priority clause establishes the order in which a user's requests or needs are addressed relative to others in a shared system or service. In practice, this clause may specify that certain users, such as premium subscribers or those with urgent requirements, receive faster response times or prioritized access to resources. Its core function is to ensure fair and efficient allocation of limited resources, preventing conflicts and clarifying expectations among multiple users.
User Priority. Tenant agrees that the following priorities of use, in descending order, shall apply in the event of communication interference or other conflict while this Sublease is in effect, and Tenant’s use shall be subordinate accordingly: i. City of St. ▇▇▇▇ and the Board; ii. Landlord; iii. Public safety agencies, including law enforcement, fire, and ambulance services that are not part of Landlord; iv. Other governmental agencies where use is not related to public safety; and v. Tenant and other non-government entities whose antenna offer a service to the general public for a fee in a manner similar to public utility, such as long distance and cellular telephone, not including radio or television broadcasters and pre- existing tenants.

Other governmental agencies where the non-commercial use is not related to public safety; 4. Pre-existing governmental entities, including Landlord, who offer a commercial service to the general public for a fee unless there is a material modification of any existing equipment configuration and/or frequency characteristics, in which event any existing unmodified equipment shall have priority; and 5. Pre-existing tenants existing at the Water Tower and Telecommunications Easement prior to the Effective Date, unless there is a material modification of any existing equipment configuration and/or frequency characteristics, in which event any existing unmodified equipment shall have priority.
User Priority. The Landlord and Tenant agree that the following priorities of use, in descending order, shall apply in the event of communication interference, or other uses of the Water Tower or Leased Premises, that conflict with ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s uses, or other users of the Water Tower or the Property, while this Lease is in effect: i. The Landlord’s water storage and distribution needs and the Landlord’s non- commercial communication needs including, but not limited to, Landlord’s Communication Systems. ii. Existing leases on the Water Tower and/or the Property unless there is a material modification of any existing equipment configuration and/or frequency characteristics, in which event all other existing leases shall have priority.

This use shall be non-exclusive, and Landlord specifically reserves the right to allow the Leased Premises to be used by other parties and to make additions, deletions, or modifications to its own facilities on the Leased Premises.
User Priority. Lessee agrees that the following priority of use, in descending order, shall apply in the event of communication interference or other conflict while this Lease is in effect, and Lessee’s use shall be subordinate accordingly: 1. Lessor; 2. Public safety agencies, including law enforcement, fire and ambulance services, that are no part of the Lessor; and 3. Other governmental agencies where use is not related to public safety.
User Priority. Licensee acknowledges and understands that City’s Property, 26 including the Premises, is a public use facility dedicated to community services purposes and 27 that said community services purposes have priority over any other use, including Licensee’s

  • Composition and Priority The Contractor agrees to provide commodities or contractual services to the Customer as specified in the Contract. Additionally, the terms of the Contract supersede the terms of all prior agreements between the Parties on this subject matter.
