User Referral Sample Clauses

A User Referral clause establishes the terms under which existing users can refer new users to a service or platform, often in exchange for rewards or incentives. Typically, this clause outlines the eligibility criteria for both the referrer and the referred user, the process for tracking referrals, and the nature of any benefits provided, such as discounts or credits. By clearly defining the rules and rewards for referrals, this clause encourages user-driven growth while minimizing disputes or abuse of the referral program.
