Common use of User Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

User Responsibilities. User will be solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity and legality of User Content, in accordance with Section 3.3 below. User hereby grants to Slite a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform and display User Content to provide the Slite Platform to User. If Slite believes there is a violation of this Agreement that can be remedied by User directly, Slite will, in most cases, ask User to take direct action rather than intervene; however, Slite reserves the right to take what Slite determines to be appropriate action, if User does not take appropriate action, or if Slite believes there is a credible risk of harm to Slite, the Slite Platform, Authorized Users, or any third parties.
