User Support. Sprint reserves the right to establish terms with Users for use of the Sprint Services, which may include terms for the use of Premium Services. Sprint will be responsible for all User support relating to the Sprint Services and the Sprint Wireless Network. Service Provider will be responsible for all User support issues relating to Service Provider Services except for any modifications made by Sprint under Section 6.1 of this Agreement. Service Provider will appropriately refer all User questions and inquiries regarding Sprint or the Sprint Services to Sprint’s Customer Solutions unit. The parties will reasonably cooperate with each other to provide necessary User support services.
