The 'Usernames' clause defines the rules and requirements for creating and using usernames within a system or service. Typically, it outlines criteria such as uniqueness, permitted characters, and restrictions on offensive or misleading terms. This clause ensures that each user has a distinct identifier, prevents confusion or impersonation, and helps maintain a safe and organized user environment.
Usernames. OK-First usernames are email based. When creating a personal OK-First account, members are strongly encouraged to use an email address you check often. This email will become the username of your OK- First account.

When creating a personal OK0First account participants are strongly urged to utilize a personal email (e.g., gmail), which will become the username of your OK0 First account. Work email addresses should not to be used as you may change agencies in the future.
Usernames. Each person is entitled to one username per email account. Users found to have numerous “sock puppets” will face moderator action and possible loss of posting privileges. Usernames found to be inappropriate by a moderator will be suspended, and the account holder will need to contact customer support for renaming the user account and reinstatement of posting privileges. Using a “sockpuppet” to get around a suspension will result in a ban for the sockpuppet account, and a lengthened suspension for the original account. Accounts may not be shared. If an account is found to be shared among more than one person, an indefinite suspension will be placed on the account until the user contacts customer support. Usernames cannot directly reflect the name of a business or organization that is not a current advertiser without explicit, prior permission from moderator.

You may select a unique alpha-numeric name to identify yourself on the Reserve App. You may not select a username that misleads or deceives others as to your business or personal identity or creates an undue risk of chargebacks or mistaken payments, in our sole discretion. Additionally, you may not select a username that contains the word “Reserve.” We may require you to change your username at our sole discretion, and we may deactivate your account, or reclaim or make unavailable your username without liability to you.

Users of the Service using business names and/or logos that may be considered misleading to others may be permanently suspended. We also reserve the right to reclaim usernames using Docker trademarks or usernames that violate our trademark guidelines, which are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
(a) You may not and may not allow any third party to engage in username squatting. A User of the Service with an account that is inactive for more than six months may be terminated at our discretion and without further notice. We take into account several factors when determining what conduct is considered to be username squatting including, without limitation: (i) the number of accounts created;
Usernames. Your username for RoboGarden and/or your RG Rep is unique to you and is how you will be identified. Usernames must be appropriate and cannot contain any profanity or other words or symbols that are unacceptable to RoboGarden.

(b) Customer and its Users shall not engage in username squatting. Users with an account that is inactive for more than six (6) months may be terminated at ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s discretion and without further notice. Docker takes into account several factors when determining what conduct is considered to be username squatting including, without limitation: (i) the number of accounts created; (ii) creating accounts for the purpose of preventing others from using those account names; and (iii) creating accounts for the purpose of selling those accounts. Customer and its Users shall not buy or sell usernames.
