Common use of Users Only Clause in Contracts

Users Only. [Sublicensee] has no right to sublicense, sell, assign, or otherwise transfer rights in, reproduce, perform, attempt to improve, reverse engineer, modify or otherwise change, or prepare derivative works of the MPE Interface. Any attempt to sublicense, sell, assign, or otherwise transfer rights in, or otherwise distribute the Interface shall be void.
