Common use of User’s Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

User’s Responsibilities. All digital devices are fragile and therefore are subject to cracking and breaking if misused: Never drop or place heavy objects (books, etc.) on top of a digital device. Never place a digital device on the floor. Only a soft cloth or approved digital device screen cleaning solution is to be used to clean the digital device screen. Do not subject the digital device to extreme heat or cold. Do not store or leave unattended in vehicles. The digital device is subject to routine monitoring by the Academy. Devices must be surrendered immediately upon request by any member of staff as devices are the property of The Boulevard Academy. Users in breach of the Acceptable Use Policy may be subject to but not limited to; disciplinary action, confiscation, removal of content or referral to external agencies in the event of illegal activity. The Academy is not responsible for the financial or other loss of any personal files that may be deleted from a digital device. Please note that students do not currently have the need or entitlement to take laptops home.
