Uses Sample Clauses

The "Uses" clause defines how a party may utilize certain assets, information, or resources provided under the agreement. Typically, it outlines the permitted and prohibited ways the recipient can use intellectual property, confidential information, or other deliverables, such as restricting use to internal business purposes or barring redistribution to third parties. This clause serves to protect the provider's interests by ensuring their assets are not misused or exploited beyond the intended scope, thereby reducing the risk of unauthorized use or disclosure.
