Uses Not Permitted. Licensee may not: a. Create derivative works, which shall include, but shall not be limited to translations, adaptations, arrangements or any other alteration, or make copies of the Software, except as permitted in Paragraph 2 above or other provisions of this License; b. Make copies of the Related Materials; c. Install the Software on more terminals/stations than permitted or allow a greater number of users to access the Software at any one time than the total number of user licenses Licensee has purchased from ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Systems; d. Rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, assign, transfer, time-share or lend the Software, Related Materials or any rights under this License Agreement; e. Alter, decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer the Software, except and only to the extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation; f. Make any attempt to unlock or bypass any initialization system or encryption techniques utilized by the Software; or g. Alter, remove, or obscure any proprietary legend, copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary intellectual property notice contained in or on the Software or Related Materials.
