Uses of Funds in the HCP Program Account. Except as provided in Subsection 5.6.1 with regard to certain costs incurred by the EAA in 2012, funds deposited in the HCP Program Account may be used only for Program Expenditures as described in this Section that have been approved in the Annual Program Budget.
