Common use of USES OF PREMISES Clause in Contracts

USES OF PREMISES. The Premises is to be used for the installation, removal, operation, repair, and maintenance of the Lessee’s Equipment. The installation, removal, operation, repair, alteration, replacement and maintenance of Lessee’s Equipment shall be conducted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Lease and any standards imposed by the FCC and any other governmental body or agency as shall have jurisdiction over the installation, repair, alteration, operation, or replacement of Lessee’s Equipment or with any activities of Lessee on the Premises.

USES OF PREMISES. The Premises is to be used for the installation, removal, operation, repair, and maintenance of the Lessee’s Equipment. The installation, removal, operation, repair, alteration, replacement and maintenance Operation of Lessee’s Equipment shall be conducted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Lease and any standards imposed by the FCC Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) and any other governmental body or agency as shall have jurisdiction over the installation, repair, alteration, operation, or replacement of Lessee’s Equipment or with any activities of Lessee on the Premises.
