Uses Permitted. 8.1. No development permit shall be issued in a Rural Development (RD-1) zone except for one or more of the following uses: a. Agricultural uses, including intensive livestock operations b. Bed and breakfast establishments c. Boarding homes d. Community and activity centres e. Converted dwellings f. Day care centres g. Duplexes h. Existing Tourist Commercial uses i. Fishing and fishing-related uses
