The LESSEE shall pay any and all utilities used and consumed in the leased premises, including but not limited to, electricity, gas, telephone, water, (now well water), sewer use charges. LESSEE agrees not to use excessive amounts of water so as to adversely affect the well(s) that serve the demised premises.
