Common use of Utilities and Other Costs Clause in Contracts

Utilities and Other Costs. Prior to completion of the Project by the Entity, the District shall pay the following utility and other costs associated with the Project: • Job trailer power supply • Job trailer Internet/phone • Natural gas, if available • Temporary construction water • Inspector trailer/LTCC trailer Except as provided above, Entity shall pay all utility costs of temporary heat, telephone, and refuse disposal as they specifically relate to the work the Entity is performing to complete the Project, including without limitation the following: • Temporary fire protection/alarm • Temporary toilets/sewer • Security • Temporary heat (including if natural gas is unavailable) • Weather proofing • Field office/storage • Temporary fence • Temporary water facilities • Temporary access and ramps • Dust control • Construction aids • Maintain fine access • Temporary access to occupied buildings • Barricades and construction signage • Snow removal from project and project site • Project signage and identification • Cameras on the Fine Arts Building • Dumpsters for construction waste and recycling Following completion of the Project by the Entity, the cost and expenses for all utility services and other expenses identified above as the Entity’s responsibility shall be paid by District.
