Common use of Utilities Charges Clause in Contracts

Utilities Charges. Tenant shall pay for all gas, electricity, telephone, sewer, water and all other utilities service separately metered or chargeable to the Premises. If any such services are not separately metered to Tenant, Tenant shall pay a reasonable pro rata share, of all charges jointly metered with other tenants of the Center. In no event shall Landlord be liable for the quality, quantity, failure or interruption of such service to the Premises unless such event is caused by Landlord’s negligence.
