UTILITIES EASEMENTS. The Owner shall provide and grant by Deed or Transfer, for nominal consideration, to Hydro One, ▇▇▇▇ Canada, Union Gas, the locally authorized TV cable operator and to such other persons mentioned above, such easements as may be reasonably necessary for such utilities or distribution systems or as may be required by the Municipality for such purposes. The conveyance of easements shall be made, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances.
