Common use of Utility Additions Clause in Contracts

Utility Additions. Tenant may install new or additional utility facilities throughout the Building, including, but not by way of limitation, such utilities as plumbing, electrical systems, communication systems, and fire protection and detection systems, so long as such installations do not have any material and adverse effect on the Building and are installed pursuant to Section 6.3 above.
