Common use of Utility Additions Clause in Contracts

Utility Additions. Subject to the terms of this Lease, Lessor reserves the right (but shall not be obligated) to install new or additional utility facilities throughout the Project for the benefit of Lessor or Lessee, or any other lessee of the Project, including, but not by way of limitation, such utilities as plumbing, electrical systems, communication systems, and fire protection and detection systems, so long as such installations do not unreasonably interfere with Lessee’s use of the Premises.
