Common use of Utility Charges Clause in Contracts

Utility Charges. Each Lessee agrees to pay or cause to be paid as and when the same are due and payable all charges for gas, water, sewer, electricity, lights, heat, power, telephone or other communication service and all other utility services used, rendered or supplied to, upon or in connection with the Leased Properties leased by it.
