Utility plans and documents from appropriate municipalities and agencies. 4. Flood plain information and studies from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), local municipalities, and other governmental agencies. 5. Conduct field reconnaissance and collect data including a photographic record of notable existing features.
