Utility Improvements Clause Samples
Utility Improvements. The Utility Improvements, as described and defined in the Recitals above, shall be constructed by the Developer in accordance with the subject to the following:
Utility Improvements. The term “Utility Improvements” means the private or public electrical, telephone, cable and other utility improvements which may be constructed within the Easement Areas.
Utility Improvements. RFTA shall be solely responsible at its expense to move an existing utility pedestal for telephone service utilized by Centurylink from its existing location in the emergency access easement to a point outside said easement as shown on Exhibit B. MJMD agrees to grant Centurylink an appropriate utility easement for the new location if reasonably requested, that will be addressed under a separate agreement between MJMD, or its successors and assigns, and CenturyLink, its successors and assignees.
Utility Improvements. CITY shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide sanitary sewer and water, (“Sewer/Water Improvements”), to the boundary of the Leased Premises, in conformity with the plans described in Exhibit B. LESSEE shall, at its sole cost and expense, construct electric and fiber optic improvements to the Leased Premises and any buildings thereon, in conformity with the Rochelle Municipal Code and the requirements of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Municipal Utilities.
Utility Improvements. Not applicable.
Utility Improvements. Utility Improvements shall mean the installation of utilities necessary to support the hotel and retail space structures.
Utility Improvements. Those certain sewer and water utilities to extend the existing lines to the Project Parcel as further described on Exhibit E attached hereto, to be designed by JEA and constructed by Developer or its designee, pursuant to the JEA Utility Improvements Funding Agreement. Other capitalized terms not defined in this Article shall have the meanings assigned to them elsewhere in this Agreement.
Utility Improvements. This project does not include planned utility alterations.
Utility Improvements. The District presently intends to advance finance, design and construct certain water utlity infrastructure necessary for development within the District boundaries. These improvements will be designed and constructed to St. ▇▇▇▇▇ County Standards, and will be owned and maintained by St. ▇▇▇▇▇ County. It is anticipated that the cost of construction for these improvements will be partially reimbursed to the District through the utility agreement described at the end of this section. The proposed improvement involves the construction of approximately 7,180 linear feet of20" water main along the easterly side of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Road.
Utility Improvements. All sanitary sewers and watermain shall be installed in accordance with the approved Plans and Specifications for Public Improvements, Plan "A" and Plan “B”. The plan shall conform to the City’s Engineering Design and Construction Standards Manual. All restoration work on the site shall be completed in accordance with the approved plans. Once the work is completed, the developer or its representative shall submit a written request to the City asking for an inspection of the improvements. The City will then schedule a walk-through to create a punch list of outstanding items to be completed. Upon receipt of the written punch list provided by the City, the punch list items must be completed by the Developer and the City notified to re- inspect the improvements.
