Utilization of Rosters. (1) In the Technical Department (Article 15 of the Videotape Agreement) and other classifications for which there is a material difference between the function in tape and film, employees shall be identified on the rosters for the appropriate Local by their primary skill. (2) Employees shall be selected from the rosters by the Producers if they are deemed qualified and available for the particular assignment. (3) The requests by Producer for employees from the roster who are to be employed under the Videotape Agreement shall be directed to the West Coast Office of the IATSE. (4) Employees who refuse three (3) successive calls, whether for film or tape, must be removed from the respective roster unless their refusal is due to work being performed for a Producer. In this connection, it shall be noted that it is expected that one employee may appear on more than one Local Union roster and that roster removal requirements will be triggered only by three (3) refusals under the same roster. (5) A person on the Industry Experience Roster who fails to successfully complete legally required industry safety training courses by a date to be mutually agreed upon by the IATSE and AMPTP, or refresher Safety Pass training and/or harassment prevention training by a date scheduled by CSATF, shall be temporarily removed from the Industry Experience Roster. The IATSE and AMPTP agree that, prior to November 21, 2021, a person must complete all required courses and or training within six (6) months. On or after November 21, 2021, a person must complete all required online courses and/or training within ninety (90) days of placement on the Industry Experience Roster and all other required courses and/or training within six (6) months of placement on the Industry Experience Roster. During the time the person is so temporarily removed from such Roster, the Producer is not obligated to call such person. The person shall be reinstated to his/her former Roster status upon successful completion of said courses and/or training. (6) The Advisory Committee will assist CSATF in moving those listed on the Industry Experience Roster in non-existent classifications into classifications identified in the West Coast Studio Local Agreements.

CSATF shall place the names of those employees whom it has verified as possessing such skills on a skill- identification list. Thereafter, Producer shall select employees to fill positions in such Department or classifications from among the persons identified on such list as possessing the requisite skill. (2) Employees shall be selected from the roster of the Local with the applicable primary skill, if they are deemed qualified and available for the particular assignment by the Producer. (3) The requests by Producer for employees from the roster who are to be employed under this Agreement shall be directed to the West Coast Office of the IATSE or the applicable Local Union. (4) Employees who refuse three (3) successive calls, whether for film or tape, must be removed from the respective roster unless their refusal is due to work being performed for a Producer. In this connection, it shall be noted that it is expected that one employee may appear on more than one Local Union roster and that roster removal requirements will be triggered only by three (3) refusals under the same roster. (5) In administering hiring, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and rehiring, the Producer, upon giving advance notice to the IATSE or the applicable Local Union, may (i) call, retain or recall out of Industry Experience status an employee because of his special studio experience, skill and qualifications for the duties and/or equipment necessary for operation; or

  • Start-Up and Synchronization Consistent with the mutually acceptable procedures of the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Developer is responsible for the proper synchronization of the Large Generating Facility to the New York State Transmission System in accordance with NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner procedures and requirements.

  • Utilization Utilization shall be defined as Trunks Required as a percentage of Trunks In Service. 1 During implementation the Parties will mutually agree on an Economic Centum Call Seconds (ECCS) or some other means for the sizing of this trunk group. 4.6.3.1 In A Blocking Situation (Over-utilization): 4.6.3.1.1 In a blocking situation, CLEC is responsible for issuing ASRs on all two-way Local Only, Local Interconnection, Third Party and Meet Point Trunk Groups and one-way CLEC originating Local Only and/or Local Interconnection Trunk Groups to reduce measured blocking to design objective blocking levels based on analysis of trunk group data. If an ASR is not issued, AT&T-21STATE will issue a TGSR. CLEC will issue an ASR within three (3) business days after receipt and review of the TGSR. CLEC will note “Service Affecting” on the ASR. 4.6.3.1.2 In a blocking situation, AT&T-21STATE is responsible for issuing ASRs on one-way AT&T-21STATE originating Local Only and/or Local Interconnection Trunk Groups to reduce measured blocking to design objective blocking levels based on analysis of trunk group data. If an ASR is not issued, CLEC will issue a TGSR. AT&T- 21STATE will issue an ASR within three (3) business days after receipt and review of the TGSR. 4.6.3.1.3 If an alternate final Local Only Trunk Group or Local Interconnection Trunk Group is at seventy-five percent (75%) utilization, a TGSR may be sent to CLEC for the final trunk group and all subtending high usage trunk groups that are contributing any amount of overflow to the alternate final route. 4.6.3.1.4 If a direct final Meet Point Trunk Group is at seventy-five percent (75%) utilization, a TGSR may be sent to CLEC. If a direct final Third Party Trunk Group is at ninety percent (90%) utilization, a TGSR may be sent to CLEC.

  • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility. This service is available as defined in NECA 4. 5.7.2 BellSouth shall make available the following channelization systems and interfaces: 5.7.2.1 DS1 Channelization System: channelizes a DS1 signal into a maximum of twenty- four (24)

  • Procurement of Goods and Services (a) If the HSP is subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will abide by all directives and guidelines issued by the Management Board of Cabinet that are applicable to the HSP pursuant to the BPSAA. (b) If the HSP is not subject to the procurement provisions of the BPSAA, the HSP will have a procurement policy in place that requires the acquisition of supplies, equipment or services valued at over $25,000 through a competitive process that ensures the best value for funds expended. If the HSP acquires supplies, equipment or services with the Funding it will do so through a process that is consistent with this policy.
