Valid Registration. certificate under ESIC Act 1948, or if, i) Tenderer has less than 10 employees/persons on his establishment and work is carried out with the help of power ii) Tenderer has less than 20 employees/persons on his establishment and work is carried out without the help of power submit the Undertaking stating above effect on Rs.500/- stamp paper.
