Common use of Valid Sale; Binding Obligations Clause in Contracts

Valid Sale; Binding Obligations. This Agreement evidences a valid sale, transfer, and assignment of the Conveyed Property enforceable against creditors of and purchasers from CAC; and this Agreement and the other Basic Documents to which CAC is a party constitute legal, valid and binding obligations of CAC enforceable in accordance with their terms, subject to the effects of bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, or other similar laws affecting the enforcement of creditors’ or secured creditors’ rights generally and to general principles of equity.

Valid Sale; Binding Obligations.
