Common use of Validation Process Clause in Contracts

Validation Process. Owner has identified Priority 2 Areas as properties that may be necessary for the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project based on the Project Technical Requirements. To validate that Priority 2 Areas are necessary for the construction, operation and maintenance of the Project based on the Final Design, Contractor shall submit final Property Identification Plans in accordance with the Contract Documents specifying the limits and property interest of each Priority 2 Area to be acquired by Owner. Contractor shall submit final Property Identification Plans, completed in accordance with the Contract Documents, for Owner’s review and approval no later than eighteen (18) months from Notice to Proceed.
