Validation Protocols. Core shall be responsible for the preparation and execution of process validation protocols. Validation protocols shall be reviewed and approved by King prior to execution, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld. Related to Validation Protocols

  • Protocols Each party hereby agrees that the inclusion of additional protocols may be required to make this Agreement specific. All such protocols shall be negotiated, determined and agreed upon by both parties hereto.

  • Validation In respect to applications for leave made pursuant to this Article, the employee may be required to provide satisfactory validation of the circumstances necessitating such requests.

  • Protocol The attached Protocol shall be an integral part of this Agreement.

  • Random Drug Testing All employees covered by this Agreement shall be subject to random drug testing in accordance with Appendix D.

  • Specifications Where applicable, specifications for Goods and/or Services are detailed in this Contract and the Purchase Order. Unless otherwise specified in the Purchase Order, all Goods and/or Services provided shall be new and unused of the latest model or design.
