Common use of Validity and admissibility in evidence Clause in Contracts

Validity and admissibility in evidence. All Authorisations required: (a) to enable it lawfully to enter into, exercise its rights and comply with its obligations in the Finance Documents to which it is a party; and (b) to make the Finance Documents to which it is a party admissible in evidence in its jurisdiction of incorporation save as set out in any Reservations, have been obtained or effected and are in full force and effect.

Validity and admissibility in evidence. All Authorisations requiredrequired or desirable: (a) to enable it lawfully to enter into, exercise its rights and comply with its obligations in the Finance Documents to which it is a partyparty and the transactions contemplated by those Finance Documents; and (b) to make the Finance Documents to which it is a party admissible in evidence in its jurisdiction of incorporation save as set out in any Reservationsincorporation, have been obtained or effected and are in full force and effect.

All Authorisations requiredrequired or desirable: (a) 1.1 to enable it lawfully to enter into, exercise its rights and comply with its obligations in the Finance Documents to which it is a party; andand 44 (b) 1.2 to make the Finance Documents to which it is a party admissible in evidence in its jurisdiction of incorporation save as set out in any Reservationsincorporation, have been obtained or effected and are in full force and effect.

All Authorisations requiredrequired or necessary: (a) to enable it lawfully to enter into, exercise its rights and comply with its obligations in the Finance Documents to which it is a party; and (b) to make the Finance Documents to which it is a party admissible in evidence in its jurisdiction of incorporation save as set out in any Reservations, incorporation; have been obtained or effected and are in full force and effect.
