Common use of Validity and admissibility in evidence Clause in Contracts

Validity and admissibility in evidence. All Authorisations required or desirable: (a) to enable it lawfully to enter into, exercise its rights and comply with its obligations in the Finance Documents to which it is a party and the transactions contemplated by those Finance Documents; and (b) to make the Finance Documents to which it is a party admissible in evidence in its jurisdiction of incorporation, have been obtained or effected and are in full force and effect.

Validity and admissibility in evidence. All Authorisations required or desirable: (a) to enable it lawfully to enter into, exercise its rights and comply with its obligations in the Finance Documents to which it is a party and the transactions contemplated by those Finance Documentsparty; and (b) to make the Finance Documents to which it is a party admissible in evidence in its jurisdiction of incorporation, incorporation and England have been obtained or effected and are in full force and effect.

All Authorisations authorisations required or desirable: (a) to enable it lawfully to enter into, exercise its rights and comply with its obligations in the Finance Documents to which it is a party and the transactions contemplated by those Finance Documentsparty; and (b) to make the Finance Documents to which it is a party admissible in evidence in its jurisdiction of incorporation, have been obtained or effected and are in full force and effect.

All Authorisations required or desirable: (a) 1.1 to enable it lawfully to enter into, exercise its rights and comply with its obligations in the Finance Documents to which it is a party party; and the transactions contemplated by those Finance Documents; and44 (b) 1.2 to make the Finance Documents to which it is a party admissible in evidence in its jurisdiction of incorporation, have been obtained or effected and are in full force and effect.

All Authorisations required or desirable: (a) to enable it lawfully to enter into, exercise its rights and comply with its obligations in the Finance Documents to which it is a party and the transactions contemplated by those Finance Documentsparty; and (b) to make the Finance Documents to which it is a party admissible in evidence in its jurisdiction of incorporationincorporation and in England, have been obtained or effected and are in full force and effect.

All Authorisations required or desirablenecessary: (a) to enable it lawfully to enter into, exercise its rights and comply with its obligations in the Finance Documents to which it is a party and the transactions contemplated by those Finance Documentsparty; and (b) to make the Finance Documents to which it is a party admissible in evidence in its jurisdiction of incorporation, ; have been obtained or effected and are in full force and effect.

All Authorisations required or desirable: (ai) to enable it lawfully to enter into, exercise its rights and comply with its obligations in the Finance Documents to which it is a party party, and the transactions contemplated by those Finance Documents; and (bii) to make the Finance Documents to which it is a party admissible in evidence in its jurisdiction of incorporation, have been obtained or effected and are in full force and effect.
