Common use of Validity of Offer Clause in Contracts

Validity of Offer. The offer shall be valid for 180 days from the last date of submission of the bid and if your offered rates and items are accepted for Rate Contract the same will remain valid for the entire period of Rate Contract, i.e., The Rate Contract will be valid for period of one year from the date of issue of Rate Contract. It may be further extended upon mutual consent, for another period of one year, or more.
