Common use of Validity of Offer Clause in Contracts

Validity of Offer. 12.1 Offers by the Supplier are valid for 60 days from the date of issue of the offer. 12.2 The Supplier reserves the right to carry out design modifications which are useful for technical progress and do not adversely influence the function of the line. 12.3 If the contents of the offer are in contradiction with these terms of sale and delivery, then the contents of the offer shall apply.
