Validity of Patent Rights. LICENSOR represents and warrants that [23]: (a) Patent Rights are valid and enforceable, (b) it is not aware of any information that could affect the validity or enforceability of Patent Rights, and (c) it has not received any notice [24] that Patent Rights are or may be invalid or unenforceable.
