Common use of Validly Issued Warrants Clause in Contracts

Validly Issued Warrants. The Company will ensure that the Warrants, when paid for, shall be duly and validly created, authorized and issued, and shall have the attributes corresponding to the description thereof set forth in this Agreement, the Subscription Agreements and the Warrant Indenture.

Validly Issued Warrants. The Company will ensure that the Warrants, when paid for, Warrants upon issuance shall be duly created and validly created, authorized and issued, issued in accordance with the terms of the Warrant Indenture and shall have the attributes corresponding to the description thereof set forth in this Agreement, Agreement and the Subscription Agreements and the Warrant IndentureAgreements.
