Common use of VALU-LINE MERGER Clause in Contracts

VALU-LINE MERGER. All conditions to the obligation of the parties to the Merger Agreement to consummate the Merger shall have been satisfied or waived, except for the conditions that are contingent upon the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement; and, assuming the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, each of the parties to the Merger Agreement shall be legally obligated to consummate the Merger.

VALU-LINE MERGER.
