Common use of Valuation of Sub-Advisor Assets Clause in Contracts

Valuation of Sub-Advisor Assets. The Sub-Advisor agrees to provide reasonable assistance to the Advisor and the Trust’s Valuation Committee in determining the fair value of all securities and other investments/assets in the Sub-Advisor as may reasonably be requested by Advisor, it being understood that the Sub-Advisor shall not be responsible for determining the value of any such security.
