Common use of Value Added Services Clause in Contracts

Value Added Services. Contractors may offer additional services which clearly exceed the minimum requirements and are within the scope of this Contract, at no additional cost to the Customer. If the Contractor proposes value-added services in response to a Request for Quote and are accepted by the Customer, the value-added services shall become a requirement and be a part of the minimum service specifications contained in any resulting Purchase Order.
