Value of Production and Pricing Statement Information. The Contractor shall, for the purposes of Article 7 of the Agreement, prepare a Value of Production and Pricing Statement providing calculations of the value of Crude Oil and Natural Gas produced and saved during each Quarter. This Value of Production and Pricing Statement shall contain the following information: (a) the quantities and the price payable therefor by the Contractor in respect of sales of Natural Gas and Crude Oil delivered to third parties during the Quarter in question; and (b) the quantities and price payable in respect of sales of Natural Gas and Crude Oil delivered during the Quarter in question, other than to third parties.
