Common use of Value of Property Clause in Contracts

Value of Property. At any judicial or other sale of the Property, the ----------------- purchase price paid for the Property by Mortgagee or any other purchaser shall be conclusive evidence of the value of the Property and Mortgagee shall have an absolute right to obtain a deficiency judgment of all amounts due under the Secured Obligations in excess of the amount of such purchase price.
