Value of Quoted Investments. Subject to clauses (G) and (H) below, the “Value” of each Quoted Investment for purposes of this Agreement shall be the lowest of (i) the Internal Value of such Quoted Investment as most recently determined by the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.12(b)(ii)(C), (ii) the External Quoted Value of such Quoted Investment as most recently determined pursuant to Section 5.12(b)(ii)(A), (iii) 102% of the principal amount of such Eligible Portfolio Investment and (iv) the principal amount of such Eligible Portfolio Investment plus any applicable prepayment premium.
