Value-Pricing Programs. Contractor agrees to provide the Exchange with the details of any value-pricing programs for procedures or in service areas that have the potential to improve care and generate savings for the Exchange enrollees. Contractor agrees to share the results with the Exchange of programs that may focus on high cost regions or those with the greatest cost variation(s). These programs may include but are not limited to payment bundling pilots for specific procedures where wide cost variations exist.
Value-Pricing Programs. If not already in place, by January 1, 2016, Contractors agrees to develop and implement value-pricing programs for procedures or in service areas with the greatest potential savings for the Exchange enrollees. Contractor agrees to share the results with the Exchange with the initial focusing being on high cost regions with the greatest cost variation(s). These programs may include but are not limited to payment bundling pilots for specific procedures where wide cost variations exist.

  • Enhanced Extended Links (EELs) 5.3.1 EELs are combinations of Loops and Dedicated Transport as defined in this Attachment, together with any facilities, equipment, or functions necessary to combine those Network Elements. BellSouth shall provide PLI with EELs where the underlying Network Element are available and are required to be provided pursuant to this Agreement and in all instances where the requesting carrier meets the eligibility requirements, if applicable. 5.3.2 High-capacity EELs are (1) combinations of Loop and Dedicated Transport, (2) Dedicated Transport commingled with a wholesale loop, or (3) a loop commingled with wholesale transport at the DS1 and/or DS3 level as described in 47 C.F.R. § 51.318(b). 5.3.3 By placing an order for a high-capacity EEL, PLI thereby certifies that the service eligibility criteria set forth herein are met for access to a converted high-capacity EEL, a new high-capacity EEL, or part of a high-capacity commingled EEL as a UNE.
