Variation of this contract. 12.1 The Council reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Garden Waste Scheme at any time without reference to you. 12.2 The Council may vary or amend this contract on giving you 30days written notice of its intention to do so on their website. You may cancel the service by giving at least 14 days’ notice before we may make the notified changes to these terms. You must contact the Council in accordance with clause 10 to end the contract before the changes take effect. Where you cancel under these circumstances you will receive a refund which will be calculated in the basis of the cancelled portion of the 12 month subscription period. Your garden waste bin will be collected in accordance with clause 9.5.
Variation of this contract. The Council may at any time give written notice to the Supplier proposing a variation to the quantity of the Goods or nature of the Services or Works. The Supplier must, as soon as possible, or in any event within 7 days, provide a written proposal as to the varied Purchase Price that will apply for the provision of the varied Goods, Services and/or Works. The Council may accept the varied Purchase Price proposal within 7 days of receipt from the Supplier but in the absence of such acceptance this Contract will continue as if no proposal under this clause had been made.
Variation of this contract. We may also vary this contract as permitted by the Act.
Variation of this contract. We may vary or substitute this Contract from time to time. If we do so, we will let you know by mentioning it in an invoice or by email to the latest email address we have for you. The up-to-date version of this Contract will be published on our website.

If the County determines that conditions do involve hazardous materials or other materials or that change in Contract terms is justified, then the County will either issue a Request for Proposal or an appropriate Change Order under the procedures described in the Contract.

  • THE WORK OF THIS CONTRACT The Contractor shall fully execute the Work described in the Contract Documents, except as specifically indicated in the Contract Documents to be the responsibility of others.

  • Amendment of this Contract No provision of this Contract may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated orally, but only by an instrument in writing signed by the party against which enforcement of the change, waiver, discharge or termination is sought.
