Variation Order. The Variation shall be effective from the date both Parties have signed the Variation Order. Until the Variation Order is signed by both Parties, or if the Parties fail to reach an agreement, the Installation Contractor shall continue to perform its obligations in relation to the Installation Works in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
