Variation Proposal. 16.1 ATCO may provide the Supplier with notice of a proposed Variation.
16.2 Within 5 days of receiving notice of a proposed Variation pursuant to clause 16.1, or other period as agreed by the parties, the Supplier (at its own cost) must provide ATCO with a response setting out (in accordance with Good Industry Practice):
(a) the changes to the Goods and/or Services that would be required to execute the proposed Variation; and
(b) the impact of the proposed Variation on the Price and the time for supplying the Goods and/or Services, (Proposed Variation Response).
16.3 ATCO may, acting reasonably, direct a Variation the subject of a Proposed Variation Response and such direction may specify that ATCO:
(a) accepts the Proposed Variation Response, in which case the Price and the time for supplying the Goods and/or Services is varied in accordance with the Proposed Variation Response; or
(b) rejects the Proposed Variation Response, in which case the Price will be adjusted in accordance with clause 16.4 and the time for supplying the Goods and/or Services will be adjusted in accordance with clause 19.3.
16.4 If the Variation affects the Price, it must be adjusted to reflect the value of the varied Goods and/or Services, which must be agreed between the parties. Where there is no agreement, the value will be calculated by ATCO using:
(a) where applicable rates and costs are included in this Agreement, by applying those rates and costs; and
(b) where applicable rates and costs are not included in this Agreement, ATCO's assessment (acting reasonably) of a fair and reasonable price for the varied Goods and/or Services.
Variation Proposal. 16.1 Steel Diamond may provide the Supplier with notice of a proposed Variation.

16.3 Steel Diamond may, acting reasonably, direct a Variation the subject of a Proposed Variation Response and such direction may specify that Steel Diamond:
(a) accepts the Proposed Variation Response, in which case the Price and the time for supplying the Goods and/or Services is varied in accordance with the Proposed Variation Response; or
(b) rejects the Proposed Variation Response, in which case the Price will be adjusted in accordance with clause 16.4 and the time for supplying the Goods and/or Services will be adjusted in accordance with clause 19.3.
16.4 If the Variation affects the Price, it must be adjusted to reflect the value of the varied Goods and/or Services, which must be agreed between the parties. Where there is no agreement, the value will be calculated by Steel Diamond using:
(a) where applicable rates and costs are included in this Agreement, by applying those rates and costs; and
(b) where applicable rates and costs are not included in this Agreement, Steel Diamond's assessment (acting reasonably) of a fair and reasonable price for the varied Goods and/or Services.
Variation Proposal. Council may issue a proposal to the Contractor for a Variation and direct the Contractor to notify Council, within a reasonable time nominated by Council, of: the applicable rates and total price to effect the Variation; and the time frame to perform the Variation, the effect of the Variation on the other Supply and any alternatives to that Variation that may satisfy Council’s aims.
Variation Proposal. The Principal may direct the Supplier to provide an estimate or quotation for a variation and/or a statement as to the impact of a variation on the Services.
Variation Proposal. If Contractor receives any document, request or instruction from Company or an event (other than as specified in Clause 13.1(iii)) occurs, either of which Contractor considers would constitute a variation to the Services, the O&M FPSO Work or the Specifications, it shall as soon as is reasonably practical advise Company as to the circumstances or happening of said occurrence. In that case, or if Company requests a variation with reasons therefor under Clause 13.2, Contractor shall issue a written variation proposal to Company providing:
(i) a detailed technical narrative description of that which Contractor considers constitutes the variation with a full and precise list of impacts and interfaces; and
(ii) a detailed calculation as to increase or decrease in O&M Compensation payable to Contractor required for performing the proposed variation.
Variation Proposal. The Access Provider must give a written Variation Proposal to Toll Rail in respect of each Variation proposed by it in respect of which Toll Rail has a first right of refusal under clause 6.1, containing the following information:
(a) details of the proposed Variation, including the method and timetable for its implementation; and
(b) the terms that the Access Provider proposes will apply to the Variation including (as applicable) an estimate of the likely changes to the Track Access Charges as a result of the extension of the Rail Network to include the new line and details of the conditions attaching to any subsidy, in sufficient detail to enable Toll Rail to give reasonable consideration to the Variation Proposal.
Variation Proposal. The Customer may from time-to-time request ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Technologies to vary the Services or to provide additional Services. Upon receipt of a request ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Technologies will submit a proposal to the Customer in relation to the Variation (Variation Proposal), specifying:
(a) the terms of the Variation Proposal, including any associated increase or decrease in the:
(i) Fees; and
(ii) timing for performance of the Services; and
(iii) a reasonable period in which the Customer is to provide written notice of acceptance or rejection of the Variation Proposal.
Variation Proposal. The Client Representative may provide a notice of a proposed Variation to the Consultant, detailing relevant aspects of the proposed Variation (Proposed Variation). On receipt of a Proposed Variation, the Consultant must provide a response within 5 Business Days: detailing all the services, deliverables and work which the Consultant will need to undertake to execute the Proposed Variation; pricing all aspects of the Proposed Variation and setting out the adjusted Total Fee; setting out the impact (if any) on the Dates for Delivery; and expressly noting any excluded services, deliverables or work not priced by the Consultant,
Variation Proposal. AT or the Operator may issue to the other a request for a Variation to the Services or to any provision of this Agreement as a written proposal in accordance with this clause 6; each such proposal being a “Variation Proposal” and each variation which is initiated by a Variation Proposal being a “Variation”. Each Variation Proposal must: a be signed by the Relationship Manager of the party requesting the Variation; b contain information that is reasonably sufficient to enable the party to whom the Variation is addressed to understand: i the proposed Variation, ii its intended purpose and effect; and iii the time and date from which it is intended to take effect; and c in the case of non-urgent Variation Proposals, be submitted at or about the start of a Quarter, unless it is not practical to do so.
