Common use of Variation Requests Clause in Contracts

Variation Requests. (a) Subject to clause 9.3, You may request a variation of this agreement by providing the Department with written details of the proposed variation. (b) The Department may provide or withhold its consent in its absolute discretion to the extent the requested variation: (1) is a change to the Project Installation Date (including a change to the Project Installation Date required to address a Force Majeure Event); or (2) is otherwise not contemplated under clause 9.3.
