Common use of Variations and Amendments Clause in Contracts

Variations and Amendments. The Parties may from time to time, by agreement in writing, add to, substitute for, cancel or vary all or any of the provisions of this Agreement for the purpose of more efficiently or satisfactorily implementing or facilitating any of the subject matter of this Agreement. A variation of this Agreement shall be void and of no legal effect unless it is in writing and signed by the parties (or their authorised representatives).
