Common use of Variations to Products Clause in Contracts

Variations to Products. If the Customer requests a variation of any Product it may provide a notice describing the change in character or content requested. Upon receiving such notice, Trident (acting reasonably) must notify the Customer of the terms under which it will agree to any variation, or if it rejects the variation why it is not accepted.
