Variations to Scope of Works requested by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. (a) The Customer may, by notice to Aurizon Network, request Aurizon Network to propose variations to the Scope of Works under clause 8.1. (b) Aurizon Network must consult with the Customer in respect of such a request and must act reasonably in considering whether or not Aurizon Network should propose to vary the Scope of Works under clause 8.1 as requested.
